TERMS & CONDITIONS

Applies to all courses, programs, and digital products offered by DISRUPT, Tradehouse Australia, The Rebel Alliance, and any affiliated brands under SJ Chiovitti.

1. General Agreement

By purchasing or enrolling in any program, course, or digital product, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms outline the expectations, responsibilities, and boundaries for both the participant (“you”) and the company (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. Nature of the Work

All content, courses, coaching, and materials are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not therapy, counselling, financial advice, or medical treatment. You are responsible for how you apply the information provided.

We encourage you to seek professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, or financial) when appropriate.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
  
  
• If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all instalments regardless of participation status.
  
  
• Failure to complete payments will result in removal from the course or program.
  
  
• Any exceptions to refund policies (such as satisfaction guarantees) will be clearly stated on the specific offer page.
  
  

4. Access & Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, documents, and frameworks are the intellectual property of DISRUPT and may not be shared, copied, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Access is granted for personal use only. Sharing login credentials or redistributing materials is a breach of these terms and may result in access termination.

Protecting the Work

Everything inside this space exists because of years of testing, refining, and real-life experience. It’s not theory. It’s lived work.

You’ve been given full access to trainings, recordings, and tools without complicated logins or paywalls, so that learning stays easy and flow stays intact. But that also means this material can be shared easily - which is where trust matters.

This program represents my livelihood and the standard I hold for everyone who chooses to learn here. When material is shared outside the program, it loses its container, its context, and its value - for all of us.

Here’s what that means:

You’re free to share what you learn.
Talk about it. Teach it. Integrate it into your work or life. Take the ideas and make them your own. That’s what real education is meant to do. Give credit where credit is due. 

What isn’t okay is sending recordings, downloads, or resources from this portal to anyone outside Shadow Sequences. That includes PDFs, templates, slides, or lesson materials. Doing so breaks the agreement you accepted at checkout and leads to removal without refund.

This isn’t about rules. It’s about respect - for the work, the time it took to build it, and the people investing in the same journey as you.

I trust that everyone here values this space enough to treat it with care.

5. Client Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all participants.
You agree to:

• Engage respectfully with coaches, facilitators, and other participants.
  
  
• Maintain confidentiality of group discussions and community spaces.
  
  
• Take responsibility for your emotional and psychological wellbeing throughout the program.
  
  

Any behaviour that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to others may result in removal without refund.

6. Coaching & Facilitation Disclaimer

Our programs involve reflective, emotional, and behavioural work. You understand that results vary based on your level of engagement, integration, and personal circumstances.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income increases, or personal results. These depend on your commitment and implementation of the teachings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation, application, or interpretation of program content.

You agree to hold the company, facilitators, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

We collect and store your information in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Your data will never be sold or shared without consent.

9. Scheduling, Submissions & Timeframes

• Pre-session or reflection forms (where applicable) must be submitted within the stated timeframe to retain your session or access.
  
  
• Missed submissions, sessions, or deadlines may result in forfeiture as per the program policy.
  
  
• Extensions or pauses are not guaranteed and are at our discretion.

10. Community Spaces & Boundaries

If your course includes a private group or community (e.g. Telegram, Skool, Discord), participation is optional but governed by community guidelines.
No self-promotion, unsolicited DMs, or inappropriate messaging is permitted.

11. Intellectual & Emotional Safety

We are trauma-informed and trained but not your trauma-specialists. Our programs may involve activating content. By enrolling, you acknowledge that emotional discomfort may arise and agree to manage your participation with self-awareness, seeking external support if needed.

12. Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to modify program content, pricing, or structure at any time to maintain the integrity and quality of the experience.

13. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises, we encourage direct communication in good faith to reach resolution before pursuing external action.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved within that jurisdiction.

15. Acknowledgement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
