I’ve been in the online space since 2012 - before coaching was trending, before everyone had a personal brand, and before nervous system work became a buzzword.
I’ve built what most 35-year-olds haven’t.
Or what would take them decades longer to create.
Time freedom. Financial freedom. A life I don’t need to escape from - built through trading and business, not by accident, but by design.
But here’s the thing:
None of that happened by just setting goals.
It happened because of who I became in the process.
My work began in trading.
Not in healing. Not in business coaching.
Trading is one of the toughest skills you can learn and become successful in. The failure rates are 95%. And not because trading “doesn’t work”, but because of the person “doing” the trading. . If i wanted to become a successful trader, I had to become someone different.
Trading taught me:
- How to be emotionally honest
- How to stay regulated in uncertainty
- How to hold power without performing it
- How to win without chasing
- Discipline
- Risk tolerance
- Emotional self responsibility
- How to move under pressure
That’s where my foundations were built.
The nervous system came next.
Then leadership.Then real business.
And from there, everything else fell into place.

I’ve studied psychology, somatics, trauma therapy, nervous system science, shadow integration, breathwork, finance and trading - not for the credentials, but for the patterns underneath human behaviour. For the tools that actually work when the nervous system is stretched, triggered, or overwhelmed.
Because information isn’t transformation.
Integration is.
I’m not here to help you fix yourself.
I’m here to help you become the person who can hold what you say you want - with clarity, capacity, and integrity.
